Applicant is requesting a variance from the Town of Sunnyvale Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), Section 3.05.03 Residential Zoning District Dimensional Regulations Chart, of Single-Family Residential 3 (SF-3) zoning district, related to the required side yard setback on the property located at 202 Barnes Bridge Road which is zoned SF-3.
CASE 1779-ZBA TOLLESON ACCESSORY DWELLING
Applicant is requesting a variance from the Town of Sunnyvale Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), Section 3.04.04 Supplemental Development Standards, Subsection A. Accessory Buildings and Subsection G. Accessory Dwelling Standards, of Single-Family Residential 2 (SF-2) zoning district, including but not limited to the allowed maximum floor area of accessory buildings, and location of said accessory buildings at the proposed property located at 418 Tripp Road which is zoned SF-2.
